Get to know your coach

RAQUEL MADEIRA

Certified fitness and nutrition coach. She has been in the fitness industry since 2009, and during that time she helped more than 15 000 students worldwide get in shape with her fitness group classes and more than 5500 personalized workout sessions given to individuals. She is also helping people with their nutrition with her on-line programs.

Besides helping all those students, she also went through that journey herself. She knows what it’s like to be on & off diets for YEARS. But that ended when she finally understood what she needed to do. Since then, she  overcome an eating disorder, she lost 22 kg in 8 months after her pregnancy, and she completely changed her mindset. And all the changes that made her change physically come from a completely different MINDSET. 
Now, it’s her mission to share with you what she learnt and what changed her LIFE forever.

''Ana'' has been fighting with overweight for many years and since she has many nutrition requirements, no gluten, etc she found difficult to have a balanced diet plus finding time to exercise. With commitment to exercise and a proper and balanced diet for her, she lost volume, 6kg and she felt more energetic and happy with herself.
